Honouring Ben Mulroney

Born in Montreal, Ben is the son of former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney and Mila. He earned a law degree from Laval University and a history degree from Duke University.  Ben discovered that his true passion was in broadcasting. His career in communications began as a correspondent in Quebec city for TalkTV's The Chatroom before joining CTV's Canada AM as their entertainment reporter. He later became part of Etalk from its inception, interviewing celebrities and reporting from hundreds of red carpets.  

Today, Mulroney hosts The Ben Mulroney Show on 640 Toronto, a nationally syndicated talk show that focuses on politics, media, and other hot-button issues. Beyond broadcasting, he is deeply committed to philanthropy supporting numerous charitable organizations and hospitals. Recently, Ben has been appointed to the advisory board of the Sheba Medical Centre in Tel Aviv, Israel. He works closely with Aurora Strategy Global, and is a strategic and communications advisor to several Canadian startups.

The gifted talk show host is a vocal supporter of Israel’s right to defend itself and maintain secure borders. So too, he is an outspoken advocate against the alarming rise of antisemitism in Canada. Ben has repeatedly challenged the unfair and biased coverage of Israel in mainstream media. He has publically called out universities and institutions for failing to adequately protect Jewish students.
